Muslim lady or Muslim guy only marreid with Muslims not any one eles,
if u want tu married Muslim lady u have to Become a Muslim and u know the Islamic History and U know Also the God (ALLAH) and know Also Our Rasool Sallaho alaihewssalam,
if lady a real Muslim she never got marry any Non Muslims,
better look for a christian and let her for a muslim it will not be good at all muslima with christian bwcause she will not still muslims after that marriage because she does not follw islam by marrying christian , h have doubt if she already knows anything about islam?? how did she go in a relation with christian?? may be her family was muslim but really she is not
Canuck, is it correct that both need an RP if they don't have a sharia marriage? Because then Embassies get involved with the legalities in a non-Muslim marriage.
No they dont Mandi. A friend of mine has an RP (woman) and she married her fiance on a business visa.
They will never allow a christian man to marry a muslim woman here, it is against sharia law. A muslim man can marry a christian woman but not the other way around. If he converts (which takes time as he will need a certificate from the Ministry of Awqaf and to take classes). Then they can go to the Sharia court. If she was never married she needs her father present.
In other words, dont bother, go somewhere else to do it.
I have a friend they got married here while her boyfriend (Egyptian) work in Oman and came here on visit visa. My friend is Indonesian. But, it took her few months to process the paper. Around 4 months, so when the paper ready her boyfriend came here and they got married in the court. In this case they both are muslim, for your case It`s not allowed, the marriage should be same religion. Either muslim or christian.

Imran thats also not true. It is permissable for a muslim man to marry a Christian or Jewish woman.
Mandi, even if the embassies are involved, embassies cannot dictate the civil or sharia law.

Sorry, you both must have RPs before you can get married in Qatar.
