Multiple Resident permit
I just arraived here with Work visa, my Bahrain RP is not cancelled and till valid for another one year, is there any way to get Qatar RP without cancelling the Bahrain RP, as my kids to continue schooling in Bahrain till i get the family visa here.. Any possitive immediate way forward reply would be very much helpfull

go to the residents permit section and you will find the dual RP fees.
I've also asked some of my friends who was working in bahrain and now he's working in qatar. he still holds his bahrain RP along with qatar RP.

It's possible don't worry. From MOI website they say you can have two RP at the same time however you will pay 2000 for the visa instead of 1000 that's all.

The 'official' ruling is that you cannot be resident of more than one GCC state

u can still stamp ur RP of qatar without cancelling ur Baharin RP , bcus My friend who did the same thing ,beofre 5 months ,he is having the visa of UAE ,and same time he stamped the qatar RP. so u carry on with the process
No you can not, Qatar RP can not be stamped (completed) unless otherwise your previous RP is either cancelled or expired. Your Bahrain RP will be automatically expired Six (6)months from the date you exit Bahrain. I got the same situation when I entered Qatar few years ago.
