Car Loan

Hi,

My friend bought new Car in Loan 6 months back and got transfered to muscat.

Now his RP is expiring. He is still paying the amount in the bank account.

What will happen after his RP expries. Can he still pay the loan depositing money in his bank acccount even after his RP Expried.

he needs to speak to any bank officer in qatar and

make a letter that he will continue paying the amount using his BANK from MUSCAT and deduct directly from account his monthly bill, otherwise he will be banned in qatar and other GCC country...

P.S. I think Sheikh Khalifa had bank accounts in Switzerland. But he wasn't a Swiss citizen.

The question would be: do you have to be a citizen of the country where you have a bank account, or can you have bank accounts anywhere you like. If the second is true, he can continue paying from the moon.
