What are the visit visa requirements and procedures?

there is no problem if it's your wife, the immigration officer in the Philippines will not ask for it. But for other visit visas other than you wife and/or you kid(s), they will require you of the affidavit of financial support as the according to them "they wanted to prevent human trafficking"... Yesm it started in Dubai but no, they have started to do it also for Qatar... Better be sure than have you sister's flight be rebooked and pay rebooking fees...

Salary required is 4500 riyal for family visit.

you only need visitors passport photocopy, NOC from your company, if its your wife you need photocopy of marrige certifivcate(originals are red ribbon at DFA in the philippines and stamped by Qatar embassy in manila), and your passport copy. After 3 days you can check the result in MOI website.

theres no need of affidavit of support, I heard only this in dubai. my wife came here before thru family visit visa. she printed the approved visa in moi and forward to qatar embassy in manila thru DHL so that visa will be stamped in the passport. Thats all.

you will also need a copy of your birth certificate and your sister's birth certificate to be submitted in the immigration department in al gharaffa if you don't have the same last name in your passports

You also need to have an affidavit of financial support stamped by the Philippine Embassy as a requirement by immigration officers at airport in the Philippines. The EMbassy will require you a salary certificate from your Company before they can give you form for the affidavit.
