My freind has been offered a job in one of the companies in Qatar. His sponsor is providing him a 6 month secondment letter.

My question is can he quit the job after 1 or two months if he gets a better offer elsewere, and his sponsor provides him a NOC. Or he has to wait for the completion of 6 month period.

If he doesn't do 6 months chances are he will not get the NOC. I certainly wouldn't give him one!
