Documents Required for Finger Print

Hello friends!.
My family has come to qatar about two week back in family visa. My wife has gone for her Medical around 2 week back. and now In Medical Commission website i can see that she has successfully completed the test. I think next I have to take her for the Finger Print. Does anyone knows what are the documents required for that?. and how long it will take it? where is the location?. My concern is i have to send her back to home country for one week (Exam) on December 4th. after finger print what is the procedure to stamp the visa?. and I heard that before i go to immigration i have to get her blood group report from any authorized clinic. is that required?
FOR FAMILY
Pasport but keep all visa related documents.
2.Go to male section and get Registeration Form
3.Now go to female section wait for your turn and present that form to staff . She will take finger print and finish. Within 10 Minutes You will receive Result on metrash registered Cell No.
They way to finger print section is
From Ramada Flyover , Salwa Road, Keep Right, don't use underpasses, last round about ,go straight,First Right your will find Cid Building,
Documents needed for finger print:
1.) Passport Copy of the sponsor.
2.) Your Passport copy & original.
