How is it working with a Danish boss? Can you send your sentiments with me coz I feel so depressed. He's been yelling off me even on lightest issues.

It is bearable if the boss shout at you. What if you work as a maid and then your Qatari Boss tried to rape you...what will you do? This really happened to somebody I know...

TLS, if I were you, I also would keep Adam to myself.

And isn't it a bit selfish of him to keep his mum?

Ah well, what to do yani?

Even my Boss is from other nationality and he feels he is the greatest person on the earth. But still when i perform good he feels like praising me but he keeps his mum and his eyes says it all.I dont give adam to him.I m ok with my situation and i keep him at sideline during the chances of personal conversations.I dont look at him in eyes and I avoid all kind of personal touch or small smiles.Still he is generous sometimes because he keeps bringing to all three of us bag full of biscuits and toffees once in a month to fill up our pantry for use at his own cost from his own country.

I dont like him at all and he dont like all of us three Indians :)

That you don't hear when he is yelling. Ignore him in such situations. Ask him to repeat what he said as you did not understand when he was yelling.

It is not the prblem of natioanality, but the individual. My boss was a Pakistania and used to yell a lot. But now he is under control and like a pussy cat.

Well we don;t know what you are doing wrong. Because you are telling your side of the story :)

So maybe he is even doing less than we would be doing to you :)))))))))))))))

i have Danish friends they are all good to me.... so its just an isolated case for u my dear... theres always good and bad in this world... nationality is not the main issue...

what's his nationality got to do with it? not all bosses are the same, period.. so you can't put your boss and the others' bosses in comparison..

Just be glad that you are not working with me...

I don’t think the issue is related to a certain nationalities .

everywhere there is the good & bad .

but take my advice , be strong and when he shout put a limit for him or shout back, don’t be afraid of losing your job .

because if you keep on letting him do it , he will go more far .
