Hi Friends,

I am 27 years old and living in Qatar for One year. I am worrying about my hair falling when I take bath every day. Please tell me the best way to prevent hair falling and protecting hair loss. And I want to know that, is any hair consultant available in Doha?

Thank you
Ansar

Although I am not a Homeopathy fan as far as other kind of treatments are concerned but I have seen it doing wonders when it comes to treatment of anything related to skin. In the first year of my Qatar life, I was also face to face with exactly the same problem but thanks to one of my friends back home who practices homeopathy. Few globules pops daily for about six months and I was completely out of it. 4 years have passed since then but thanks Allah, I have not seen my hairs out of my head until I visit a barber. A word of caution though; practicing homeopathy is illegal in Qatar hence you wont' find any doctor here. Secondly you really have to find a good practitioner to be affective.

"Qatar water has lot of chlorine content"

Tosh! Based on which survey? I have had Baladiya water surveyed for my job site and it is perfectly potable. I was my hair on a daily basis and it's still there. Go see a doctor.

Try growing it really long on one side then just combing it over. The ladies love it!

Erm, failing that just shave it all off and tell everyone that this was the look you always wanted. You can't do anything about hair loss...

You could watch more horror movies. Then your hair will be standing up and not falling out! Or, imagine that your mother-in-law comes for a visit.

Avoid bathing daily. Qatar water has lot of chlorine content which weakens the hair root. Water temperature too acts as a catalyst for hair loss. Bath only once a week (recommended)!

I also lost about 25000 hair in 2010.
