This will more then likely get deleted but hope somene can answer.

My Family and I are just not adjusted to Qatar Life especially my 10 year old (Crying at night wants to go home etc).

We have a planned return journey home at christmas and was wondering what would stop us from not coming back to Qatar - We have no financial commitment to Qatar only the employment contract.

You could get a 2 year ban.... to reenter Qatar

Employment contract may be terminated at any time without giving any excuses during your probation period, other wise your resignation letter is expected and atleast give 1 month notice, if you already stayed in your company morethans 6 month or your probation period has been lapsed.

I would leave then resign while away, then your company can't screw you. And as you have no financial issues you'll be fine. You'll get banned from Qatar for 2 years but hey your not likely to come back are you..LoL...all the best
