Karma? Man tries to kill wife- dies instead!

WYRA (Khammam): As ill-luck would have it, a man who allegedly attempted to murder his wife and then tried to flee on a motorbike along with his brother was killed when his vehicle rammed into a lorry. The incident took place in Wyra in Khammam district on Sunday.
Tejovath Panthulu, 40, and his brother Kheema, 28, died instantly in the head-on collision with the lorry on Wyra-Khammmam road. Panthulu was fleeing from SC Colony after allegedly stabbing his wife Rani, 30, over a family dispute. Sources said Panthulu quarrelled with his wife on Saturday night and picked up a heated argument on Sunday morning.
In a fit of rage, he stabbed her with a sharp knife and ran away with his brother. Rani, who was bleeding profusely, was rushed to a hospital in a critical condition by the neighbours. Police have registered a case.
