1. You should have a salary of QR 4500-5000 for applying VISIT VISA for your wife/relative..(Though i've heard salary isn't a big issue while applying for VISIT VISA)

2. NOC from the sponsor(arabic)stating your position and salary(you shldn't hold a LABOURER category).

3. A proof of the the relationship such as marriage certificate/birth certificate attested by foreign affairs.

4. Labour contract, passport copies, ID copy of the sponsor..

5. Two photographs and passport copy of the visitor.

6. The charges are 200 QR/person for each month..

7. RP copy of the sponsor.

8. Rental agreement copy (They may not ask it for everytime but it act as a supportive document)

Make sure to go to the Main Immigration office other than going to other service center's. Visit visa is very simple... if nothing is possible, take the above advice to goto Al-Attiya a good person, but u make sure u should meet him personally. Sometimes there is a person in that counter who will say give the paper and things like that. Dont worry this is matter of a day only. Just take a leave for one day and spent for this... For sure it will be Done. All the best and Merry Christmas.

Go to Gate 1, First Floor and meet a good and wise Qatari big man namely Al-Attiyah. He is a General Manager of Immigration Office. I, my family and everybody respect him very much because he is really kindhearted person. Obtain nicely his signature and the stamp. Then go to locket, the visa will be processed.

Hi, you need 1) a letter from your company in arabic to prove that you have enough salary and mentioning your take home pay.

2)Document from your embassy to prove the relationship between you and your wife and also your children. If they still reject it, you need stamp from your Foreign Affair in Qatar.

3) Copy of passports of your wife, your kids and copy of your ID Card. Each passport need one copy of your ID. So, if you apply for two heads, then you need two copy of your ID.

3) Type your application in Arabic, ask the typewriter inside porta cabin inside Immigration Building Area in Gharaffa (Madinath Khalifa) and pay them QR 5 - 10. And say "Shukran".

4) Wear formal dress and enter into Gate 4 ground flour, go to Captain, obtain their signature and waiting number and sit down, wait until your number is appear. Go to locket, give them your ID Card and Debit Card. Pay 200 riyal each application.

5) Wait your Visas in two days, check in internet and print it out.

6) Send to your family email address.

I understand. At times the rules look very stringent and the paper work does seem too much, but that is to ensure that you can take good care of your family when they are here.

to get a visit visa for your wife and child, here are the requirements.

1) passport copy of your wife and child (your name on their passports).

2) your marriage certificate and the child's birth certificate attested by your embassy (if you want them to bring on a visit visa a duplicate copy can be attested by your embassy here but you still need to carry the originals as proof).

3) you need to get your labor contract signed by your employer and submitted to the labor department (this can be in English. You can request your employer to help you and quote a higher salary like 7500 + perks in the contract. Remember not all employers can do it as its a risk for them).

4) no objection certificate from your employer (in Arabic).

5) Your id card and passport copy (including the RP page).

have all these ready and i dont see any reason why the visa would be rejected.
