Most of us neglect kuthuba and coming to masjid when khuthuba ends, it is not correct bcz khuthuba is instead of two raka-ath in Luhar.
So that listening tpo khuthuba also mandatory even if you are not able to understand.

Of course Jummah prayer is fard. Dhohr prayer has 4 rakah fard. Likewise, two rakah Jummah prayer and listening to Qutba is fard.
