OK, If I were debating ...
1. The heat in Summer
2. Unproven technology for the 'free cooling'
3. Lack of public transport
4. Traffic congestion is already bad
However, I'd also be prepared to have these countered by:
1. What if it is held in Winter
2. If it's winter this becomes irrelevant
3. Plans are in place for rail/underground system
4. This might ease congestion

Qatar will be promoting eco friendly stadiums, but all around are the biggest gas guzzling SUV's, sports pick-ups, V-8 bantams and the like.
Qatar should promote and subsidize those zero emission vehicles so that by 2022, we can "walk our talk"
