Trasnfer of Sponsorship

i was wondering if someone can please help me, i was working for a big company in doha for the last 18 months, in Sept i resigned, they said they would give me an NOC, now that i have managed to get a job, they are saying that i cant go to that company because it is a competing company, they will give me an noc to anywhere else, but not there,
So the way that i see it is i need to transfer my sponsorship to someone else short term, non competing company, and the i can move to the new company, The old company now also want to cancel my sponsorship

Maybe if i go to Bahrain, i can enter qatar on a business visa ?

Do you have any ideas ?
