thanks for the answers,

but im still confused regarding the jobs in Qatar , i live in Kuwait the life is cheaper than Qatar , i get a good salary for Kuwait (around 20,000QR) but because the life is cheap here , and we don’t pay for water/electricity/Gas ,,, im saving around 10,000 QR - every weekend i go out i have my lunch or dinner in a good restaurants ,,,

now if i move to Qatar with 30,000 i did my calculation

7,000 to 9,000 QR house - lets say 9,000

3,000 Car

2,000 health insurance

5,000 others (food, water ,etc)

it will be 19,000 QR so i will be saving 11,000 which is the same im saving in kuwait !

is my calculation is correct ? in my opinion if i want to move to a strange country i need to go for better life not the same i have now, and i should be able to save at least double

so what do u think ?

My friend, without kids you can manage to save about 18,000 to 20,000 with smaller house and no school fees ...

If you are not going to take this job, please send me your potential employer contact number or e-mail.

Thanks for the answers ,,

By family I mean couples , with no kids , as I was saying, here where I live im saving about 10,000 QA , so if I moved to Qatar with 30,000 salary , well I will be saving more than 10,000 or it gonna be the same ,

Moving to another country and starting a new life, should be with benefits , so if i will be saving the same amount, what the use of moving !

still have to eat you and your family + entertainment, that depends on your lifestyle but it ranges from 3,000 to 5,000 /month. Asa toal you must be able to save about 15,000 /month.

First, please specify the number of your family members.

Second, Concerning the 2 bedrooms in a decent area it ranges from 5,000 to 7,000/month (Furnished)

Third, Concerning the medical insurance u will have insurance in Hamad Hospital for you and your family for about 100 QAR/year per person;

Fourth, you must think about transportation so u must buy a car and that's about 2,000 Riyal/month for a decent brand newcar.

The most important is the school fees for your children and that's the key point for your decision: if you have 2 children for example they will cost you minimum 30,000 per year wich will be about 2,500 per month.

So doing the calculation we will have: 7000+2,000+2,5000=11,500

You still have to eat you and your family + some entertainment Let it be 5,000 minimum/month: this my lifestyle, it depends on yours, if you prefer to eat at home and don't go out very much 3,000 will be enough.

So as a total you must be able to save about 15,000 QAR.
