Wife getting Qatri Nationality

I am a non-local, in case my wife gets Qatri nationality what advantages will we get? I mean can she start her business independently & will she get all the facilities that all nationals of Qatar have?
Are their equal rights & facilities for both Qatri Men & Women?

She can get the nationality if she is an athletic, they give the qatari passport to athletic ppl whom are playing in the name of qatar in international championships, I dont think she can start own business in this case, cuz she got the passport only for a limited purpose.
the other way to get nationality is to get married to qatari man, this is not the case i am sure :).
