Regarding Standard Letter from bank for car loan...
The bank gave me a standard letter, which written in it is:
"If the said person resigned/terminated... Any end-of-service payment/ benefits will be forwarded to the bank account"
The problem is, my mandoob won't accept this letter to be signed by the company because we are working in a government company...
And the bank wont give the loan without this letter..
What should I do? any suggestions please?
thank you very much...
I'm also working in government company...but our mandoob has nothing to do with it... OUr mandoob deals with visas only.
You should deal with your HR department. They're the one who's responsible for issuing letters.
Explain them that this letter doesn't make the company liable for the payment. They only want to make sure that the company is aware of your loan and in case of final settlement or retirement, they should forward your dues to the bank if the loan is still due.
Go directly to your Manager. Mandoop has no right to make such decisions.
