Under husband sponsorship, can I leave the company I am recently working with to join another company?

I am under the sponsorship of my husband right now and working in a private company. Since my sponsor is my husband, can I leave the company anytime to join a another company? I knew that in any case you have to give the company a one month notice before resignation but I have to join the other company within one week.I am afraid that if I leave them without notice, then they might take legal action against me.I need advice about this subject matter....

YES U CAN LEAVE,BUT UT US BETTER TO INFORM THEM THAT U GOT A NICE JOB AND THEY WANT U TO JOIN THEM,KEEP A GOOD RELATION COS U DONT KNOW IF THE NEW COMPANY IS GOOD OR BAD,U CAN EASILY COME TO UR OLD BOSS N JOIN THEM IF U HVE GOOD RELATION IF U DONT LIKE UR NEW JOB.
