I'm saying this on BEhalf or those who are not privileged to have a car or board d transport vehicles. The stress in boarding a bus is now getting tougher because of hours of standings in d Bus stop waiting for the number of the bus you are looking for.Although i dont know what plan the Government of Qatar have on this but its high time They act because people are suffering a lot on this. Thanks

The current plan of Doha Metro is not a solution...

Unless it touches all 4 corners of Qatar Metro cant be a solution...

Yes, you're right. Compared to my home country where there's easy access of public transportation, it's very much the opposite here. It's a waste of time waiting for a bus or taxi, and sometimes you'll have to stand when taking a bus. Most taxi drivers don't know where to go, and it's quite expensive. The government really has to work on this. Not everyone can afford to buy or rent cars and not everyone can drive. Qatar is a small country so not everyone should have cars either because it will cause heavy traffic what with the growing population. This is quite a big issue considering the fact that they are hosting World Cup on 2022.

just wait until DOHA METRO is completed and becomes available to the public commuters...
