TERMINATION
Can anyone inform me what is the rule if a company terminate a person who worked more than 35 years? If he is working a supervisor post? Can he request for few months to tackle all the issues he had personally like financial matters hand over of rental house etc? Company given one month notice is it necessary to come for work? If he wants to come back on visit visa how long it will take.
Better ask your company's HR regarding this.
Each company has its different policy...
Normally, one month notice is granted to a person who has resigned or got terminated...And yes, a person is required to come to the office then..being worked for 35 long years, it's not advisable to leave the company in such way...
If a person fails to get NOC, it will be a ban for 2yrs for sure...
