I recently visited them...i was so tensed with their way of treatment... its not only Garafa... even in India, its the same....

NITHEESH, The response for this topic shows how worse Joy Alukkas's customer care is. Their intention is not to sell gold, just time pass. I think u must be one of their so called sales man. +2 student didn't match.. try something else...

i have been their customer since 6 yearz and they have been always considered as the best in customer service .........and till now no complaints have been heard about them!!!!!!!

and remember one doesnt have any rights to simply speak about any shops without any solid evidence....

bcoz i have always had a very good experience from them and even i know many families and bachelors who always go to joy alukkas only because of their good service....neither other jewellers have this good name............

and simply by going there and asking for low price is not a good thing because they sell the best quality gold.

why should al fardan sell gold, cheap?

I really don't think anyone will sell gold below the market price. That would be illogical.

The owner of the Jewelers interested to establish his business all over middle east. But, performance of the services is very poor. And the sales mans doesn’t have any discipline about their responsibility.

Why r u going to invest in Gold? This is only a gold coloured metal, Forget it, and Invest in LAND, nobody can fool urself.

I went to exchange my chain which was bought from India, but I didn’t like the patens which was kept in Joyalukas, so I asked the staff for the money, so that I can purchase the chain form some other shop. The staff in the joyalukas gave me a wrong info, that nowhere I can shell the chain as it was bought in India, he informed that its Qatar rules. Then I went to the gold souq, where I sold the chain for a good price and got a good one.

My chain was 916 Gold.

Well , why do you think that GOLD traders are flurishing. It is a CRAZE with so many to go after gold and they are the ones who end up this way . It is a pitty to see some people COATED IN GOLD . I think it is INFERIORITY COMPLES that makes people WRAP themself with gold . God bless

i totally agree,i had gone to sell some gold 3 months ago purchased from joyallukas few years earlier,they gave me a repurchase price of their own gold so low and told me that there will be a tax deduction if u take cash and not purchase gold in return,which is never a case if u buy from other jewllers,and quality of gold is not of the high standard if u check it up with goldsmith."SO GUYS BE CAREFUL".
