Ezdan Real Estate-Bugs Bugs!!
Anyone else live in these awful apartments- I have to as it is company, since moving in we have been dealing with huge numbers of roaches,then hundreds of small bugs that get into every jar,no matter how airtight- I have a super clean apartment but this place is crawling at night time.I have been to 4 blocks up and down the rd and all are the same.I have several friends and they are suffering too.
Now bed bugs - I woke up this morning to have an arm full of red spots with blisters-imagine if this was my face of neck I could not work.I am super clean -this is disgusting that tenants have to sign contacts which cannot be terminated and have to live like this..they are in every cupboard,sink,drain,cooker and fridge...yes inside as they break through the seal.
Put 1000 people in one block x 10 plus blocks this is what you get-no laws and a managment company that has no idea of how serious this problem is ..now it is out of control-these buildings need to be regulated.
But who to report it to??If you are thinking of moving do not come to Ezdan Village/Slum Village-you will be bitten in more ways than one!
They should chnage the mangement in Ezdan -3 - mine is very bad experiance. the guy who works in Ezdan he is sincere and he told me go to head office and complaint - then there is a chances that they may do some thing better.
don't worry! you are not the only victims of such crime... bed bugs? its a normal thing going on in that place. what do they do?! they just replace the bed, and spray chemicals and walla! fix! I do not know how they think, the managers. crappy people. if there is bedbugs you should close the whole floor, quarantine it, replace all furniture - burn it, put chemicals to kill all those bugs.
where have you seen a 4(falling)-star, guests that has bed bugs bites. c'mon! are you kidding me. im paying a lot for what?! to have bed bug bites all over me?! OMG! what a service! all they have done is just fire people who is responsible or make him responsible for it. never gets to the root problem.

I am also living in Ezdaan but its not like that... :)
So Polkdots never complains!!!-let's do a house swop and see for yourself.and actually my ID is old so bite my butt so to speak.
Yes it is awful -cannot move as agreement is for a couple of years...
