I've never had a problem with regular stuff, but don't risk it for anything important. Use DHL or Fedex.

Postal system here is a joke. Send christmas cards now if you want them to arrive On time. Better courier if you want speed and safety

If its important, courier it. Go for DHL, office on Salwa Road. If its so so, try at the main post office and send it tracked via EMS.
