How to tell my sponsor that im already married?

Good day..Guys..just want ask some idea and point of view from you...I just got married last 2009 of january in civil rights,after 6 months i go to qatar to work ... i applied my status as single because all my documents are not yet changed during that time..my problem now is how to tell my employer that im married because my husband is already here and we are planning to have a baby..hope somebody have a good idea.thanks and Godbless

there is no shame in being married. just tell them u r married and ask them to change ur status. if they ask u why u didn't tell them before, just say that u were not married at the time u applied.

actually iwant to tell them but what my fear is i told them before that im single ..because they always asking about my status..im ashame to tell them..because i know i lied to them..all the people in our office know that im single..thats why im a little be afraid and ashame..

Well, with all the respect you should have told your employer that you were married, and were preparing the paperwork for that (changing marital status in your docs). That you were applying as "single" for the sake of the paperwork/visa issues related.

Now you will have to sit with your employer/sponsor and show all the proofs that you were married before joining the "job/offer" and ask for a reconsideration on your status.

The other way around would be to change sponsorship from the company or actual employer to your husband; provided all the involved parties agree on that.

After resoving all this matter then yopu can plan on having a baby.

Do not get pregnant on "single" status otherwise you (and your husband) could be facing jail/trial/deportation due to "illicit relations".
