I have a Work Visa in Saudi Arabia, Can l easily enter Qatar with a stamped visa from the Airport only?

I am an Egyptian Female l work now in Saudi Arabia
l want to go to Qatar in April to visit my cousin. it is very difficult for her to provide a visa for me because she is under the sponsorship of her husband.
l heard that, once l have a visa to any Gulf country l can easily move to another.
so, since l have this visa in Saudi Arabia which is still valid, Can I easily move to Qatar without the need of a visit visa or a tourist visa from a hotel?????
or do I have to go through all the difficult regulations.
By the way, l want to come to Qatar searching for work as an English Teacher in any Schools. if you can help me with this too l will be very glad and thankful.

Qatar to provide visa on arrival for 188 categories
The validity of the visa will be for one month and will only be issued if the person’s GCC residency permit is valid for at least six months
Qatar’s Ministry of Interior has published a revised list of 188 categories of professionals who can get visa on arrival at Doha International Airport, and are GCC residents.
The validity of the visa will be for one month and will only be issued if the person’s GCC residency permit is valid for at least six months, and the passport has at least six-month validity with a return ticket.
The visa on arrival would cost QR100 and can be extended for another three months by paying extra fees for every additional month.
Apart from doctors, engineers, and businessmen, the revised list of professionals include journalists, businesswomen, military officers, medical equipment technicians, opticians, broadcasters, marketing agents, bankers, quality monitors, teachers and lawyers.

you can get transit visa at air port if you have valid residence visa of any GCC country. But visa must be for manager, engineer, doctor, etc. there is a long list for those profession who can get visa on arrival. you can check it in ministry of interior websites of any GCC country.
