Muslimah Expats from the West (and East...)

As-salaamu 'alaykum,

Was wondering if there is a Sisters Group type of thing in Doha? I've heard of some based on nationalities here, but I'm not sure that's what I'm looking for (I grew up in the U.S., btw).

If there is not yet one, and others are also looking to get in touch with more Muslim expats (females, for both religious and social reasons), particularly from the West, please let me know. We may be able to start something, insha'Allah.

Thank you, all! Keep the suggestions coming. I'm actually already a member of the Muslim Expat Group, but haven't heard much in terms of programs, etc.

There are lots of groups out there for you.

Buy the Marhaba book and you will see how many groups there are for women.
