You can find addres visit Postcode finder in royal mail website. If you know their names

I would suggest removing the name from here...

If you have their full name then you can check the Electoral roll (or something like that) which has the address for all people that have voted/elected. Thats how I found my dad's address after searching for nearly 20 years....

No worries, if 192 gave you 3 addresses, can't you work out which one is in West London? TBH, I'm not so sure 192 are reliable.
