Why the govt is so slow and the Govt people are Dumb, this people don't know any thing and they are working in higher posts , why don't the Govt hire some educated staff with some commonsense, who are willing to work. Please Qatar Govt its our humble request , and save your pride and honor in the world .

Let them continue with the way they want to do it and I suppose they are more comfortable with that and the message they are sending out by doing things this way. You have no choice. Its just that you have to wait and wait if you want to get your things done. Enjoy the experience
