The feedback will be much appreciated.

im working at sales for 3 years,, they give me 3500 salary with free transpo and 1000 allowance for housing, then the commision is depends on the target if you reach 75%-95 of target= 1.5% of total sales if 96-100% it will be 2% 101-above 3% just small info...

Some companies are giving minimum 40,000 rials annual commission for a 20 million rials sales...aside from monthly commission of 2500-4000 rials. For a start you might give atleast 4% commission per month over collection to avoid overdue account, but then again it depends on the products and volume of your company. Transpo and housing are basic so you have to provide that.

Depends on product, sales volume and expected margins. You need to elaborate more...

What's it got to do with this forum?

You came around looking for advice and as someone working in sales I gave you honest advice.

Sorry if it wasn't the advice you were looking for, maybe you should have mentioned in the OP the answer you wanted us to give you.

I would be happier if they take out my commission part and give me a higher basic.

As new to this forum, I am not familiar with the way things are going in QL. Are we planning for a great sin by offering commision in addition to the Basic salary and other allowances like acommodation, car, telephone, food etc.?
