Qtel pre-paid and post paid rates

why Qtel is not offering same pre-paid (hala) rates for post-paid also.

we see many advertisments and promotions with much cheaper rates only for hala customers. but Qtel is not offering same for post-paid customers.

because of competition with vodafone finaly Qtel is forced to reduce rates, but they reduced only for hala customers. we as post-paid do not feel fair to pay much higher rates then hala customers.

they should treat all customers equally, and should not take advantage of post-paid contracts.

peace of mind is foremost for Post-paid subcriber. And you can monitor your call. And are you sure in Hala, loads are not "eaten" up intentionally or unintentionally?

why isn't in post-paid, call for 5 minutes & get another five minutes free, regardless of credit limit!!

you have a credit period... Hala is fully paid before a single call is made.

so ideally Hala call rates should be half the rate of post paid...

QTel cheating the people by false advertisements in many ways - Qtel will never change - You are right the shahry rates are much higher than hala rates why we dont know - It should be the other way - Moreover they take monthly subscription Q50 for post paid. I changed to hala recently anyhow -

Why don't you change to Hala then?
