Qtel USB modem speed boosting....

Does anybody know how to boost the speed of Qtel USB modem. I am using E180 and it is supporting up to 7.2Mbps but I am only getting maximum 50kbps. Also this speed is only with GSM network. If I select WCDMA then there is no speed at all. I want to know that is there any device which I can use to boost WCDMA signals?

I don't know about 4G but I am getting 3G.. But I think signal strength is not good.

Just a thought, but do you think your area is outside the 3g/4g network?
