How can I get my brother here in Qatar?

Our Company release working visa to my brother but he still in Philippines. The problem is there as so much requirement needed in POEA before he can go here.One of this is they are asking our company recruitment agency in the Phil. but we don't have. Can any body help me for this. Thanks....

Many Thanks...My brother got already the working visa. But our government is not giving him a release to travel because they requered our company recruitment agentcy who is accredeted by our company and that is we don't have.

are you married? are your family here in doha? if yes!try to apply for him a visit visa under youir sponsor then transfer it to your company once his working visa is approved....

Ask him to go as a tourist to India to watch the cricket world cup and from there he can take QA to Doha. They have direct flights now from manila to Delhi and visas on arrival. It cannot get any easier then this. Good luck
