if a doctor is on the sponsorship of his/her spouse..need to change the clinic ..whats the requirement of license transfer, is every clinic bound to give noc in such cases..or it is the end of career in qatar for the spouse..
what is the right time to issue a work permit..before or after joining..in cases of family visas..
