i am asking for my friend,

his company has applied already work permitt visa for 2 years, before to appllied work visa he was working on visit visa which was already expire on 12th FEB 2011, his Medical and finger formalities still not happen.

he got good opportunity to move other company, Can he have any chance to change the organisation and move to other company in same ?

His Planning is to cancel the visa which was alrealy applied by company, and go back to india then latter new copany may provide new visa.

Is that same condition can he work continue in QATAR ?

Please adivse and clear information.
