Sharing Villa contract enough for Family visa Application?

I am planning to take a villa portion for Family accommodation. That contract between two persons. Is it enough for the family visa?
My company will not give letter stating that ‘covering the accommodation from company side’. So I need to make a proper documents from my side.
Is that kind of contract they will consider for the family permanent visa?
Also I can’t get electricity bill in my name. Any chances?

Dear, some times they may ask, or don't even ask about

all that. Better focus on other important documents such

as salary above QR 7500/- bank statement for 6 months atleast, attested professional degree, good profession

in ID card, attested contract copies etc., good luck.
