What are the requirements in Qatar Embassy
I have recently took the family visa (resident visa )of my wife and daugther from immigration,My wife went to DHL to forward her and my daugther's passport to Qatar embassy,but she was told by DHL that medical certificate is required by the embassy..anyone who has experience bringing in the family here directly by husband sponsorship? What are the requirements by embassy, besides the passport and copy of their visa..Is my daughter required also to have her medical..and can you give me the accredited medical clinic in the philippines... thanks for swift reply if any..

I forgot to mentioned, your wife & child should pay P1,600/each as a TRAVEL TAX at the Qatar Airways boot (at the PH Airport).
But in order for you pay only P500 out of P1,600. Just call PH Tourism Office (at TM Kalaw St.) on what are the requirements for TAX REDUCE.
After you get the Tax Reduce Receipt, just show that to the Qatar Airways boot (on your flight date) and you will not pay anything.

DHL has the form with list of requirements to be submitted to QATAR embassy in the PHL. At the back page of it is also the list of acrredited clinics.

thanks for that swift reply...husband sponsorship is already approved, so bringing them on visit visa is not an issue now,only the required docs needed by QE in PH is what I what to know,you have mention that POEA.. what is it..? can you explain it more in details pls..again thanks for all these info..
After Medical you have to go to POEA for another procedure. Hayz. Very long procedure......
In your case you have to Call the QE in PH to ask them w/c Medical Clinic they are accrediting.
