About my opinion, quartz watches are more exactly than automatic/mechanic ones, but the automatic/mechanic watches are more beautiful !

Go for any brand as long as it carry features of PERPETUAL CALENDAR. Do not confuse yourself with Perpetual MOVEMENT offered by Rolex.
