I am planning to buy Nokia C3 or C5-03 Please advice me which one is better for Voice Chat. can I download Skype on that Mobiles or any Nokia Mobile With WIFI & 3G you Think that is better for buying let me know. Please Share your exprience.

Nokia C3 is not 3g. And is not capable for voice chatting and Skype. You can try c7 if you want those features.
