transferring of sponsorhip
hi guys..
i have been staying here in qatar for almost 2 years. the first 9 months of my stay was under family visa and only last october 2010 i got a working RP which was provided by the company i am currently working with now. my question is that is it possible to transfer my visa to other sponsorship if my employer will provide me an noc , since i have not finished the 2 years contract ? if possible what are the procedures...
hope someone can give me a clear answer on this.

to sdiraginyes- you may transfer as long as they would give you an NOC...and its a plus you finished the contract with them...
to Princeofkochi- no theres no law or any legal decree saying "it must be" for anyone who request NOC from the company they work for...as per qatari law its just depends to your employer whether they would give you NOC or not or back to your country where you from and wait for another two years to comeback here...
After 1 year, can we transfer our sponsorship? is it possible ? Is there any law supports for getting the transfer or NOC from the existing sponsor?

After year you can transfer visa, it is not problem if you have NOC
