The HR Department from the group that runs the school has recently conducted a largescale questionnaire of the staff, you may wonder why?

Ask them for the major findings of this and if they are unwilling to share, that will answer your question.

If this is your first overseas experience, do not recommend you spend it at this school.

1/ How is discipline?

2/ What they mean by saying they're an islamic school?

3/ How good are they in terms on academics?

Why don't you ask the school to put you in touch with 2-3 current teachers there, so you can email them and ask your questions? If they're a reputable school, they should not have a problem with this.

If they hesitate or balk, then I guess you have your answer.
