Do Americans get cheesed off with.....

....The media, I couldn't believe my ears at the weekend listening to the news, mainly Libya, apparently the loss of lives in Libya is mainly down to the Americans sitting on the fence and not getting involved early enough in supporting the rebels.
This is the same media that hasn't stopped bleating over the USA involvement in two other well known conflicts not too far away, talk about damned if you do and damned if you don't.
I am not American by the way, this is purely an observation.

Invited by majority of whom s_isale???

Majority of people of Libya is still supporting gaddafi so majority of whom???

What right have other countries got to get involved in Libya?

They should have stayed away and if Egypt and other countries of Arab League have a problem, they should have gone in. As always asking USA to fight their wars, spineless countries.

Americans go where they are not invited because none of the other countries in this world will (with the exception of the UK). They are not invited in places where the governments are seriously corrupt, where terrorist are protected, or where human rights are grossly violated. Most places where Americans are invited usually have modern civilized governments who want to better their countries status and peoples quality of life in this world, and they have nothing to hide.

Americans generally go where they are not invited. Here the west was invited by a majority for support and they dithered.

Of course Americans see the hypocrisy. I see it as one of the biggest reasons the West is sitting back and watching what happens in Libya rather than get involved. If we do get involved we're "murderers" and if we do we're "murderers." At least we don't lose any of our own if we sit on the fence. Frankly I think the West should stay the hell out of Libya.
