Hello qatar residents and citizens. i would like to ask if anyone has an idea on how to import car from dubai to qatar. My company relocate me here in doha. my residence visa is still on process. I have a car in dubai, a honda civic 2008 model, that i would like to bring here in doha. What will be the cost of importing it? i am planning to drive all the way via suadi. do i need to pay for custom duty/tax? how much it will be? approximately what will be the total cost? thank you very much qatar residents and citizens and congratulations for fifa WC2022!!! horraaayyyy!!!

Yuo might have some relatives or friends in uae,tell them to sell it and buy a another honday here in qatar.

go to dubai only when your resident visa ready and get a export licence plate and clearance cert,from traffic police uae then get a transist visa from saudi embassy in uae (very easy) i think no more tax or duty for used cars export between g c c i am not sure
