coffe cost? criteria

hi guys,
I have this idea to have my own business (coffee shop) but I need some input from experts .Actually,is there any idea about:
-the total cost of such project (low-high margin)?
-revenue per month if we consider that this coffee is in a very nice place?
-what are the criteria to be considered to attract people?
-is there any way to have bank loan if needed to support this business?

I have a variety of healthy coffee from the US and Malaysia. It basically lowers the cholesterol level, improves strength, anti aging ,,,,and etc.
