Radiation risks from Fukushima 'no longer negligible'

The risks associated with iodine-131 contamination in Europe are no longer "negligible," according to CRIIRAD, a French research body on radioactivity. The NGO is advising pregnant women and infants against "risky behaviour," such as consuming fresh milk or vegetables with large leaves.

Does this apply to all those food products that come from Europe?

I'm following the advice given to me by the British Embassy during the first Gulf war..

I have moved into the bathroom, stocked up with tinned food and am using wet towels to seal the gaps under the door..

I've already built my underground nuclear bunker. Now in the process of re-stocking supplies in case the nuclear fall out reaches here. You are aware that the Fukushima incident has been upgraded to the same status as the Chernobyl. So better safe than sorry.

Best of luck. May the human species survive.

Japan is one of the largest consumers of Qatar's LNG. If it abandons nuclear energy, then it will raise LNG prices, which are in danger now that North America has committed to shale.

Considering the authorities inspect/scans for possibilities of any contamination on such kind of priducts like they do for perishable items coming from asia yes then it wil ease the fear
