Dear Friends,

I need some answers from those who can confirm this procedure and have practiced it in recent dates.
I have umerah visa, I want to travel to Damam by car and then take a flight from Dammam to Madinah. Please remember that this is a Umerah visa by road.

I do not know what you mean by "fined", just checked the saudi airline website and they have a direct flight from dammam to medinah for only SAR 360 (one way, 2 hrs, May 15)

Dear Brothers,

Thanks for your replies. May Allah Bless you for helping me. I confirmed with Saudi airline and they say, you'll be heavily fined if you'll do so. You can only travel by air from Jeddah to Madina. From Dammam to Madinah, not possible

This information may help others as well

Best Regards

Yes you can travel no issues,

Just ensure the car is registered in your name,

Cross border with your Visa ( should be umrah by road visa),

then park your vehicle in Dammam airport and fly, it is simple

Assalamu Alaikkum,

As i recently traveled by air from Doha to Jeddah.......

if your visa mentioned by road you can only travel by road......

if your visa mentioned by air

I could find that it is not possible to travel to other cities (except Makkah, madina and jeddah) on Umrah visa... So please confirm it before u take the ticket.

May Allah bless you.

please include me with your prayer.

I have done exactly that in 2009, it worked very well. We then returned to Dammam from Jeddah.
