Dear Friends,

I am working in a company for the last six month here.My probation period end on 19th-April-2011.

I need to go back to my home due to family problem.My mother is in bed accedently and spouse health is also not well.I need to takecare of my family now.

What is the procedure for resignation?I have take 15 days leave in between in my probation.Anuy issues..Please share your advice.

Instead of writing here in ql why don't you write that in a piece of paper and give it to your employer...so you may get immediate answer.
