Running at corniche every Friday morning

Did that wen we were kids.. Lol

running is good, but swimming in corniche is the best form of exercise.

@khanan .. Whenever I'm free between 6pm to late night.. Just 1 hour everyday.

Morning walking means to me at 5. or 5.30 around to feel it most.8 o clock is so hot now a days..

at midnight and then later enjoy my coffee with FS and QS after 12

are u also organizing dance session after walking/running in corniche?i think that's also a better idea to burn calories and to keep fit as well :)

I really admire you - however at 8am on a Friday morning; the only running I do is a quick jog to the toilet before climbing back into bed for more zzzz's :-)
