I got a confirmation that once you resigned and the company cancelled your visa, you don't need to wait for the 2 year ban, you can come back under husband sponsorship.
But you have to be clear with what kind of family visa, i heard there's 2. there's a family visa that can be transferred to residence visa (i think applicable to immediate family members only)and the other is just for visit (for relatives).

Is resignation and termination from/by a company sponsor has different effect on the ban?
I heard that when you resigned and wish to come back under husband's sponsorship, no need to wait for the two year ban.
I don't know the case when you're terminated.
Somebody please enlighten me.
Why did they put you in the blacklist?
Seconded. Only on his sponsorship. Technically you can appeal the ban, but this is rarely successful.
