Please contact me if anybody from Qatar has invested in Apple A Day Properties, Kochin for flat or villa. As this builders office has been raided and cloded, we have to seek a way to get our money back. Please contact me through personal message ,if you are a buyer of this builder.
what are you planning to do? one of my family friend at Oman has also invested. They contacted Indian embassy at Oman, but without any help. So are you planning for any action from here? If you are interested, I can put you in touch with them, so that all can take some action together.
so whats your plan mammacool? ....i hd invested in their Apple Suites - Nedumbassery project...structure was there while investing....structure still there with no progress for last 3-4 years......wish to join hands...contact me @ [email protected] or mob:5582-1352

Mammacool.. what is the stand of apple a day regarding this?
I purchased a flat from Flair Alliance,handover was promised in Sep 2009, and this date was extended by at least 5 times.. The final promised date of delivery is August 31st 2011..that means, even if they manage to deliver it, it is 2 years behind schedule..
I guess this is the case with almost all builders in Kerala, maybe with the exception of established names like Skyline.. I learnt my lesson, next time I will go with an established builder..
I did some research on the net, and I could find a lot of similar complaints about apple a day..pls search in google, and you may find it helpful in finding others with the same issue..
