Please how much is the fees for a permanent visa

Please, can somebody advise me how much it will cost the fees in details to change from a visit visa for a greek lady to a permanent one as a houswife, under my husband's sponsorship, because one representative told me he will do it and it will cost 1800 Q.R. for the fees and for his work procedure. It's true?
Kindly advise me today if it's possible. Thank you in advance.

Working visa 300

Transfer from visit to working 500

Working permit 500

200 for new visa + 500 transfer from visit to permanent + 100 medical test + 450 for 1 year RP. Thats all
